𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐚𝐪 𝐌𝐚𝐰𝐥𝐢𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐢, Executive Director of the Somalia NCD alliance, highlighted 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 (𝐍𝐂𝐃𝐬) 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 5𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐀𝐂𝐌𝐇𝐒-2025), 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐥-𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲.
